Peterborough Police Service and Peterborough County/City Paramedics create new
Tactical Emergency Medical Support UnitThe Peterborough Police Service (PPS) in collaboration with the Peterborough County/City Paramedics have created a new Tactical Emergency Medical Support (TACMEDS) unit that will enable paramedics to better care for those involved in high-risk emergency situations. The specially trained 4-member paramedic team will be able to provide on-the-spot care to police, victims, or others.

Passing of Retired PSD WolfeThe Peterborough Police Service regrets to inform the public of the passing of Police Service Dog Wolfe.
PSD Wolfe was donated by the Knights of Columbus and spent seven years working the streets of Peterborough with his friend and partner PC Tim Fish.
