Hearing of Delegations

Any member of the public, group of persons or organization wishing to address the Police Service Board regarding a matter that is within the Board's jurisdiction must make a written request to the Executive Assistant at least 10 days prior to the date of the Board meeting.  The written request must include:

a) The name of the presenter;

b) An outline of the delegation to be made;

c) The names of the other persons who will be appearing with the presenter;

d) A copy of any materials to be provided to the Board as part of the delegation.
