Where we serve

Our Uniform Community Patrol Unit utilizes a team policing concept. They promote crime prevention and the shared responsibility between the community and the police for resolving crime problems and maintaining public order that may be unique to a specific area of the City of Peterborough, the Village of Lakefield and the Township of Cavan Monaghan.

Area Teams, made up of officers from all four platoons, set annual goals and objectives, plan Team meetings in the community, and design strategies to achieve their objectives.
