We are committed to working with all members of our community. We strive to maintain positive interaction and communication with all members of the communities we serve. It is only by bringing your concerns to our attention that we can effectively address them.

  • Contact Professional Standards about it during regular business hours at 705-876-1122.
  • Contact the Law Enforcement Complaints Agency (LECA) at 1-877-411-4773 or online at https://leca.ca

Formal complaints about a Police Officer can be filed with our Professional Standards office, with the Law Enforcement Complaints Agency (LECA), or at any police station/detachment in Ontario. The Law Enforcement Complaints Agency is a civilian arm’s-length agency of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General with their decisions being independent from the Ontario government, the police, and the community.
