Impaired Arrest

A 40-year-old Corbyville man is facing impaired charges after an incident Monday afternoon.

At approximately 1:15pm on November 24, 2025, officers were called to the intersection of Water Street and Nassau Mills Road about a driver passed out at the wheel of a truck and was blocking traffic in the northbound lane. Upon arrival, officers noticed signs of impairment with the driver.

As a result of the investigation, a 40-year-old Corbyville man was arrested and charged with:

• Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs

The accused was issued an automatic 90-day license suspension and a seven-day vehicle impoundment.

The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court January 6, 2026.
