Utter Threats/Possession of Weapon Arrest

An 18-year-old Douro-Dummer Township man is facing several charges after an incident early Saturday morning.

On Saturday, September 19, 2026, officers were made aware of the incident that had happened approximately 1:00am in which two males attended a residence after they were let in the residences several of the women became uncomfortable and wanted them to leave.  While leaving, one of the men verbally threatened two other males in the home, as well as verbally threatening to damage property.  The man then left the house with a large knife. No one was injured in the incident.

As a result of the investigation, an 18-year-old Douro-Dummer Township man turned himself into police on Sunday, September 21, 2026, and was charged with:

• Uttering Threats - Cause death or Bodily Harm X2
• Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
• Uttering Threats - Damage Property

The accused was released on an undertaking with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court December 15, 2026.
